In this chapter the tax inspector is now secured beneath the desk of  Madame Catarina as she inspects the accounts whilst using her new slave as a footstool. She controls his breathing with the soles of her shoes before deciding it is time for a cigarette and what could be a better ashtray than a tax inspector? Fixing a head harness and tongue clamp to her new acquisition Madame Catarina enjoys herself with more breath play and spitting before putting her cigarette out on his tongue as she decides his fate….
