In the latest installment of this series of movies now available on C4S Madame Catarina plays the role of the very cruel and sadistic Dr Psycho.
In Chapter Four we see that before her fun can start in earnest Dr Psycho decides that the patient’s nipples need to be more prominent so she applies a pump to them. Once satisfied the nipples are ready for use it is time to select a gag for her victim. The doctor roughly attaches a spider gag to the patient and although this is amusing it is not quite right so she selects a dental tongue clamp instead. Now the patient is nearly ready for the painful treatment to begin but there is one further item that needs to be applied…the nose hooks.
